[gmx-users] Installation and Start-Up

I'm trying to install and run GROMACS on Windows, and I haven't made any progress since downloading the files.  I tried reading the installation instructions on the website, but most of that involves UNIX commands which I can't do on Windows.  What do I do, or where do I go for more help?
